a slice of heaven
i've wanted some of this coconut cake ever since i saw it on "food nation with bobby flay" a while back. i was thinking about it today just found out i can order it online, straight from charleston, south carolina!!! what luck!
too bad it's $100.00. plus $114.00 for overnight shipping to provo. (that's $214.00 total for those of you not into math.) ha! a girl can dream though...

OH MY GOSH...okay this girl I work with, LOVES charleston...and LOVES this cake from there. She made it and brought it to work the other day, and I still have a stomach ache. THe recipe calls for FOUR pounds of butter..and like 3 pounds of sweet cream..this is no joke. It was delicious for like two bites...it weighs so much that it starts to collapse on itself after a few days.
Okay im done ranting about this cake..I just couldnt believe you have it on your blog! haha so random. MISS YOuu! -
