just wanted to announce that toward the end of april doug and i will be proud parents... to about a dozen 14-18 year olds! and an "infant". but the infant i understand will probably die and be buried along the trail. it'll be kind of like this...

John and I participated in our trek a few years ago - I still have a bonnet and apron if you need one - and a pattern too if you want to make one. You guys will have lots of fun! We were thinking when they sent us on the trek they were hinting that maybe we should have some kids or something, but that paired with two years of girls camp had the opposite affect :)
You should make the costumes! I made scott's when he went as a teenager. you should ask him about the purse he had to carry-he didn't want to stop using it when he got home!

my mom made my dress! she has a pattern if you want it! or if you even want my dress she could send it to you!
