the following is a rare look at photos taken 2 years ago today, aka the day we went on our first date. i wouldn't necessarily say we were on a date right this very instant, per se, but we had just played tennis all morning and were about to go on a long bike ride followed by a movie. somewhere in there, we had our first date. i swear!
here's to a slightly less awkward and very happy birthday this year! and chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles, of course.
