i watch enough food network that it's time to walk the walk by expanding my dinner repertoire. i enjoyed this. it was good. and quick. and very easy. and used not a lot of ingredients. and somewhat healthy... right? served with a tossed green salad and cafe rio inspired dressing (thanks for reminding me that cafe rio exists, caley!)
