tastes like chicken

i watch enough food network that it's time to walk the walk by expanding my dinner repertoire. i enjoyed this. it was good. and quick. and very easy. and used not a lot of ingredients. and somewhat healthy... right? served with a tossed green salad and cafe rio inspired dressing (thanks for reminding me that cafe rio exists, caley!)

don't worry, i'm working on my plating since it accounts for 5 of my 30 points. and i guarantee i would not have been chopped. now... to the beach!

haha... no, the points are a reference to iron chef. they get a score out of 5 points for how good it's displayed on the point. also, i didn't know you played soccer either! what a coincidence!
